Delivery Service

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation,

and delivery dates and time slots cannot be specified for any shipment.

Please enter your correct personal details and address when ordering so that we can arrange delivery.

You may also choose self-pickup at an SF Express station / SF Locker.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on single orders of HKD 300 or more.

For single orders below HKD 300, a shipping fee of HKD 50 applies per order.

Warranty

When you purchase ARGO products, you are entitled to the following services during the warranty period:

Products purchased from the ARGO official store come with an 18-month warranty; products purchased from other retailers come with a 12-month warranty.

If you find any problem with your product after purchase, please first contact ARGO. If warranty repair is needed, please bring the product (with the ARGO authorised-product sticker and original receipt) to the service centre in person. You may also send the product to the service centre by courier for inspection. If the inspection finds that the damage or malfunction was not caused by the user, we will repair or replace it.

1. If you wish to visit the service centre in person for warranty repair, please contact customer service to book an appointment first. Please bring the product (with the ARGO authorised-product sticker and original receipt). Warranty repair usually takes 20-30 minutes.

2. If you wish to use courier service for warranty repair, you will need to pay the cost of sending the product. Please make sure the inner box contains the product (with the ARGO authorised-product sticker and original receipt), and write your contact details (name, address, phone) and a full description of the fault on a separate sheet of paper. Please use protective packaging to avoid damage in transit; any damage during shipping will be treated as user damage. Warranty repair usually takes 10-15 working days (excluding public holidays).

3. Notes:

Warranty service applies only to original authorised products bearing the ARGO label. Second-hand, parallel-import (grey market) and counterfeit goods are not covered. For products labelled by other distributors, please contact the relevant distributor for warranty service.

The original receipt must be presented for warranty service; otherwise warranty service cannot be provided. The receipt should clearly show the purchase date, product name and shop name.

Warranty service is available in Hong Kong only.

The following are not covered by warranty:

Consumable parts, such as batteries that wear with usage and time, unless the product malfunctions due to workmanship or material defects.

Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents, unless the product malfunctions due to workmanship or material defects.

Damage or malfunction caused by using third-party components or products that do not match the product specifications.

Damage or malfunction caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, corrosion, earthquake, war, riot or natural disaster.

Damage or malfunction caused by use beyond the parameters and operating instructions in the user manual.

Damage or malfunction caused by connection to an unstable voltage.

The Company reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

Exchange & Returns Policy

Exchange Policy:

If, after inspection, the product you purchased is found to have a manufacturing defect (not caused by the user), you may exchange it for the same model within 7 days. Before exchanging, please contact ARGO customer service and bring the product (with the ARGO authorised-product sticker and original receipt) to our office for inspection and exchange.

Each purchase may be exchanged only once. If the product you wish to exchange is temporarily out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value.

When exchanging (with the ARGO authorised-product sticker and original receipt), the packaging must be complete and free of any damage or scratches.

Please note that return requests due to market price changes, changes to limited-time offer prices or software issues are not eligible for exchange or return.

The exchange guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

Damage caused by accident, negligence or improper use.

Accessories included with the product.

Failure to provide the relevant authorised-product sticker, invoice or receipt.

Cosmetic damage to the product, including but not limited to scratches and dents.

Damage or malfunction caused by using third-party components or products that do not match the product specifications.

Damage or malfunction caused by use beyond the parameters and operating instructions in the user manual.

Damage or malfunction caused by connection to an unstable voltage.

Refund Policy:

Except for the exchange cases above, all products sold are non-refundable.

Please note that product prices may fluctuate, and the selling price is the price at the time of your purchase. We cannot refund price differences for any later price adjustments or promotions.
